What could be more exciting than a non surgical face lift. Its really the Holy Grail of cosmetic treatments.

Even 17 years ago when we shared an office with the brilliant Dr Thomas Romo, head of ENT at Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat and Lennox Hill Hospital, he often asked Dr Lisa to perform a thermage to increase collagen before he did a face lift. There was no technology to restore muscles back then. This technology is less than a year old.

Its actually difficult to perform a great thermage treatment. Few are capable of doing it.

Back to impartial advice. Although we have many LA and Intermational patients for Thermage, because its a one time treatment. If you want to find a local provider. Go to the manufacturer or Thermage website and find the physician locator. Click find a provider. They used to provide designations like black diamond and pinnacle and what years those milestones were achieved to you could find the most experienced provider for this difficult treatment. Unfortunately lesser experienced doctors complained, so there are no designations that will show you how many years experience each practice has.

For Emface, you are going to want at least six treatments and if you can afford it maintenance. So you probably want to go local with that treatment. The manufacturer says four. Trust me that is not going to give you the best results. We have been performing it for a year now. Those who can afford it are maintaining and improving their results by monthly treatments. Thats the best I can offer.

I have an idea. Since they proved that facial exercises work, lets all try to do facial exercises for free and see what happens. I will also try and report back. Although my results will not be fair since I have had many Thermage treatments and a half dozen Emface treatments as well.

Just trying to advise those with unlimited resources as well as those with no resources or discretionary income for cosmetic treatments. To be clear after 7 years I am just beginning to fill in the advice on where I make my money because I was trying to give as much as possible free advice. The advice is still free, but its valuable to know which treatments and technologies work and which ones to avoid. So I have to be fair to give the advice I promised to give to everyone.

Sorry, this is supposed to be advice. I got too excited. If you want the ultimate treatment you need to find someone with at least 15 years experience with Thermage and Exilis and Emface. And someone who knows how to combine multiple technologies to give you the best non surgical face lift.

I have done about four of these treatments. I need to do at least two more. For a total transformation we are going to offer offer our patients an ongoing treatment schedule. I am so excited when I look in the mirror. I really look better than I did 33 years ago. Ill post the photos here as well.
