$3000 or Free? Your choice

I read an interesting article this morning by the latest guru doctor. He is advocating wearing a glucose monitor, LOL. Seriously? Does anyone think sugar is good for you? Is there any diet ever written in the history of the world that says sugar is good? We can debate low carbs, high protein etc. Actually even thats not a debate. Healthy fats and proteins. In fact there are essential fats essential proteins. Interestingly enough did you know there is not a single essential carbohydrate?

OK lets do it this the way. I always promised just a few minutes to set you straight for free. Once again, I am not a doctor, so check with your doctor on your individual situation and condition and state of health.

Throw out the orange juice? Are you kidding me? You didnt learn 50 years ago? (I guess not it was before you were even born), that sugary drinks even if they are fruit based are simple sugars? The Science and Art of Longevity? You are charging $2500 a year for educational content? Bogus dude. “Eat more protein, wear a continuous glucose monitor? Sorry dude Dr Atkins said that 40 years ago and is calling you from the grave.

Why monitor? cut your sugar and or take Berberine or even get on Metformin. Granted Metformin is a type 2 diabetes drug to lower your blood sugar WHICH EVERYONE CAN BENEFIT FROM. 92 million prescriptions in 2020.

OK searching high and low for anyone who died from Metformin. I got one he took 60 grams ( 60 pills to commit suicide)

Seriously the fact is that people who are diabetic who take Metformin are having better health outcomes less heart disease, cancer, alzheimers, and an endless list of diseases then “healthy” people. I think it is time to consider a proactive approach to your blood sugar. Assuming you have parents and believe in evolution then you are like every human beings that survived by avoiding bitter poisons and craving the safe sweet things to eat. So you might be struggling against your hard survival programming.

But of course feel free to wear a monitor and spend thousands of dollars on that and see how that works out for you vs maybe taking some chromium for cravings and other supplements and again maybe even Metformin.

To be clear in case you missed the news 40 years ago, more protein, little to no carbs, no sugars, more healthy fats, and yes exercise. And then you get to decide which anti aging drugs you are interested in. Dr Attia mentions rapamycin. Which has this warning. The FDA stamped rapamycin with a “black box” warning, its most extreme, for drugs that come with “serious or life-threatening risks”—risks like infections, pneumonia, and cancer. But what do I know? I am not a doctor charging you thousands of dollars.

Do your own research as a doctor I saw a few weeks said to me. ” Do you know today you have the same research available to you that I do?”

That is so profound and powerful. Think about it. Whether its David Attia or anyone else you want to give autonomy to over your body. They literally dont know any more than the information you can avail yourself of. The only difference is you live with you and know what effects you positively or negatively and what drugs or foods you have noticed you have allergies to over you total lifetime. You can spend untold thousands of dollars and thousands of hours with any doctor you choose. But only you know how your body responds to MSG, ice cream, soda, late night meals, sushi, shakes, summer allergies, dust in the winter when the hot air heat comes on, pollen in the spring, fresh mowed grass, lifting weights, how your knees or ankles respond to running, or if yoga or pilates resonates or benefits you. The list is absolutely endless.

And you know your weaknesses so you can spend 100 hours a week studying a singular issue that affects you. You are not responsible for hundreds or thousands of patients. You know what you need. You dont have to write a book to make everyone moderately happy.

Only you can take care of you period because only you know you intimately. PS I will study rapamycin. But unlike metformin it hasnt been mainstream recommended for over a decade.

    1. That is exactly my point. NeuroDyne is on Amazon he could have mentioned the name of the product earlier without forcing us to listen for an hour. It has very few reviews and AI suggested there are better products for your brain.
