Have you noticed that if you are “being” you cant “be” anything?

In other words if you are with me in this moment, just “being” It would require you to stop “being frustrated” or “stop being angry” or stop “being anything”. What would be left is just you “being” what “is” in this moment.

So some of you are like saying I like his unique style of explaining things and others are saying “wtf?” And thats great because we are all different. I dont expect to resonate with everyone on this planet.

I am pretty sure that as someone, no more or less than you, without a conventional training in psychology, I am better equipped to explain things in human terms. That means saying “wtf” when called for and whatever else is helpful.

We all have had “aha” moments from something we read. We give those people credit and often never forget the moment the light bulb went off. That is what I am trying to explain in this group of posts.

As I said previously, it is so in our face today with AI or ChatGPT. I literally spent an 1 1/2 hours speaking with my friend Coach Tim Okeefe last night. Brilliant SEO and decades of coaching kids, 3 of who are literally in the NFL today. I am begging him to put together his knowledge of teaching kids with his knowledge of marketing and self help. We both have literally read and studied everyone in the field of human development from Dale Carnegie, to Napolean Hill, Tony Robbins, Norman Vincent Peale, Brian Tracy, the list is endless. There is such wisdom out there that is so easily accessible today. Sorry for the segue.

The point of this post is, one way or another, you need to get out of your AI life, and start living like a human that is “being.” If you are merely reacting and responding, you are literally no better than a bot, or a chat bot, on automatic pilot. That was what we both noticed. It is so in our faces today as we play with AI.

If you are truly being in the moment, (and maybe that is how I should have articulated it in the headline, I was being cute) But if you are truly just “being” there is no possibility that you are being “upset” or experiencing any negative emotions. You merely get to “be” and watch the magic of your life and relationships unfold without any agenda whatsoever.

Alternatively, we can call that living in a meditative state of life, or “awakening” or living with freedom. For me it was the confluence of 2 major events. I have taken on the Sedona Method with David Ellzey to a deeper level, literally his coaching course. No intention of coaching, but of enjoying my life more. The second thing is that I am using AI almost every day. Its a joke how great AI sounds but how shallow and repetitive it is with literally no consciousness, no individuality, no life, no creativity. It is merely repeating a bunch of words. PS I hope thats not you. Thats the point of this post.

And for me it is obviously no different than the way we have taught generations of children to simply memorize things and then regurgitate them. Its the opposite of creativity and living and it leads to a life that is rarely if ever examined and literally not lived, but merely existing like a bot with only rare glimpses of “being” or “being in the flow”
