Matching and Mirroring: The Art of Elevating Spirits

You’ve likely heard about the techniques of matching and mirroring, right? To establish rapport, one must initially match someone’s energy level before guiding them to a different emotional state. Imagine encountering someone whose energy is somewhat low; if you approach with overwhelming enthusiasm, you might entertain them, but you won’t necessarily uplift their spirits.

Instead, what if you began by matching their subdued energy, gained their trust, and then, with permission, engaged them in an activity to elevate their mood? This approach isn’t just about entertainment—it’s about providing a truly enriching experience.

This post is dedicated to Michael Smikun and Fernando Valencia. I recently learned from Michael during a captivating hour where he managed to energize a room full of disinterested doctors by encouraging them to tickle each other, followed by a thorough discussion on how to uplift energy and facilitate energy transference.

Moments later, I shared these insights with Fernando. I have often described myself as a golden retriever. I get excited when I see my friends and often “jump on them and lick them,” and that actually does cheer them up 90% of the time. He reminded me of the intuitive approach of golden retrievers: sometimes, when you’re feeling down, these dogs don’t just overwhelm you with energy. Instead, they might gently lay their head on your lap, a simple act that can lift your spirits enough to invite you to go out and play with them elevating you both.

As I write this, it strikes me how much we can learn from the empathetic nature of dogs. Perhaps my next blog should explore everything we can learn from animals. But for now, heartfelt thanks to Michael and Fernando for their insights.

I’ve heard similar principles a thousand times before, even 40 years ago at an Anthony Robbins seminar, and I’ve read about it in various forms from many different sources. However, either it takes time, or Michael and Fernando explained the micro-distinctions with such precision and practical examples that it’s transforming. How I engage with the people I love is the most vital piece of our engagement.

This is not about selling shit. It’s about being present to let each of my family and friends know how deeply I care about them. Interestingly, “being present” might actually be more beneficial than blurting out the latest life-saving tip I’ve learned. It’s a subtle yet powerful shift from giving advice to truly connecting, and if I’m thoughtful enough, I might even enter at their “speed limit” — perhaps there’s another blog in that concept alone — and who knows? Maybe then, I could truly make a life-saving difference.

As I re read this it might make an interesting discussion or debate whether “golden retriever” energy works all of the time, or 90% of the time or it just feels that way. Also is it a good pattern interrupt or is it better to ask permission? I’ll let you know. Or you can let me know. Practice caring more about the people you love.

The worst brain damage is Emotional. Protect yourself

Physical damage heals rather quickly. If its merely a head wound it might be just days or weeks. Emotional damage can take more than a lifetime to heal. Talk to anyone even in their sixties and seventies. I promise you they will still bear the scars of childhood emotional trauma and even those they allowed themselves to endure throughout their life.

You will hear stories of abusive spouses, neglectful parents, lousy boyfriends and girlfriends, business failures, lousy bosses, teachers and people who told them they were worthless. The scars last forever. Some say we are even healing from a previous lifetime.

So why do we not protect ourselves? We all wake up every morning and the first thing that happens is as our brain realizes it is now awake it begins to think. Or what you allow to pass for thinking. As a human being that has evolved on this earth for millions of years as a prey animal, you are hard wired to look out for predators. So of course the hard wired tendency is to look out for the modern day predators, the bills, the mortgage, the food and gas prices the stability of the world, safety of your children and the neighborhood. Or the same 50,000 thoughts you had yesterday.

So you have just created a mountain of stress for you brain. And you wonder why so many meditate in the morning or have a morning ritual or exercise or whatever to get out of their heads? But its really an inside job. Because you can even worry while you are running. It takes “thought discipline”. You literally have to stand guard at your brain.

Everyone reading this has done it at least once and probably a thousand times in their life. An awful thought or worry pops into your head and you just gently let it pass. If you have ever mediated you know what I am talking about. And if you are a human with a working brain of any sort, there had to be a time where you said to yourself, I will deal with this later and got on with your day.

So the point of this post is to not allow any new injuries into your brain. We can and will always work to relieve our brains of every little and big trauma we have experienced in our lives. But why in Hell or God’s name would you allow new injuries in?

Lets define new injuries. It happens every single day. Your best friend calls you and asks you if you saw the news and literally ramps you up about politics, a war, some humanitarian crisis, immigration, inflation, fuel, food prices. Take your pick. We have a ton of stuff to create negative energy about.

I am not saying we shouldnt do something. Vote your conscience, donate an extra dollar work an extra hour, but also dont forget the serenity prayer. God, grant me the serenity to accept the things Icannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.

What I am saying today is do not allow additional brain damage. The worst brain damage in the world is emotional brain damage that can take a life time to heal. I sincerely believe that some is so severe it indeed may be more than a life times worth of damage.

The good news is that you can heal. Its actually almost easy. Find a method to heal or let go of your traumas and pain. But the big butt is do not allow new damage every day.

Monitor every one of the 50,000 thoughts coming into your head today. Immediately release the negative ones. Because you can not begin to release the past ones if you are merely heaping bad negative thoughts upon a foundation of bad negative thoughts and feelings.

Its like any damage. You will never get to the core so you can start repairing if if you are constantly adding damage. Or its like bailing out a ship full of negative water. If there is bad water still flowing in faster than you are bailing your ship will sink.

Start today by stopping the flow of bad thoughts ideas and feelings. Its absolutely existential to a happy existence.

Everybody wants community and they will pay big for it.

I was watching TV this morning and stumbled across a televangelist. It’s amazing how far we’ve come. But what sets someone like Tony Robbins apart from Jim Bakker? The answer is nothing.

Sorry if I am impugning the good that many do. But even in the good that they do, dont they all say “listen to me, I have the answers, pay me, do as I say, I am not perfect, I will teach you lessons, find peace friendship in our community, do not spread blasphemy amongst our herd or you will be expelled.” I could go on literally all day.

By the way only Osho said dont follow me if you are not following yourself you are already on the wrong path, Pure genius. He didnt even write a book because he didnt want anyone to follow. All his books are his speeches transcribed. Had to insert him because he is the only on in all of history that I know of that doesnt say “follow me”

I am not saying the others are doing bad work. In fact I know both the church and self help gurus have inspired countless monumental success stories. All I am saying is that they fullfill the same basic human needs,.

They all have their stars and their crooks. I just like honesty and transparency. I also believe most of them have a good heart and are sincerely doing their best. I still own my own brain, so I do have questions.

Blind faith has its upsides and its downsides. I made the comparison recently to house flipping or the “no money down craze”. Many who got rich had Shit For Brains. (PS guess who owns SFB inc). I noticed forty years ago the most successful were not necessarily smart they just did exactly as they were told becasue they didnt have the ability to discern.

In fact most super intelligent people are plagued by their brains. I remember thinking in my early twenties. I wish I could just be happy joining the union making $50,000 a year buying a house in Staten Island, having 2 and a half kids and a dog. Unfortunately I would rather kill myself then be that bored with life, and I almost did countless times. But I didnt succeed. So I guess we will figure out what is next in life for us all.

Sorry for the segue. The brain is too active. The point of this blog is whether you belong to a church a cult, or a self help group, we humans all want, no NEED, community, family, a sense of belonging, a map for life, and hope. There is nothing wrong with seeking it, just dont drink poisoned Kool Ade. Some Kool Ade might be the price of admission. Its too bad the leaders of the churches and self help courses are not into growth. They fear that their kingdom will be toppled if anyone tries to improve what they are doing, because that means they are no longer the sole arbiter of everything.

PS once again I am acknowledging that I learn from all of them. I love to learn. I am also smart enough to understand the way their ecosystem must operate. They can not tolerate everyone questioning them.

Can you imagine if Christianity allowed every parishioner to question everything every day? LOL

Maybe they all use religion as their model, it’s pretty obvious how to run a community of “learning” “Self help” “Self growth” or even “Salvation” “Hope” and “life skills” and “life lessons”

I guess they are all like the McDonalds LOL. McDonalds is famous for creating protocols that anyone can follow. So is religion or self help any different than McDonalds? oops on to the next blog.

To be successful, you must be like McDonald’s: replicable, unquestioning, identical. Actually, hotel chains are like that, too. You know what to expect. Meeting expectations gives people safety. We can even get into the neurology of that and how David constantly reminds us that the amygdala must feel safe.

The amygdala is really interesting must do a blog on that too.

Oops almost forgot AA. But AA is only 2 million compared to two billion in Christianity. Maybe they need to borrow more from the church. PS I learned a lot from AA as well. Serenity prayer is about every single issue in every day of your life. So is HALT. Are you hungry angry lonely or tired? I would bet if HALT was hanging in every household 99% of all arguments would never happen.

But we all need to belong to something, unless you lucky enough to have a dozen siblings and a family bigger than a football team. I wonder how large families fare psychologically? I am sure depending on their leader and rules, they are either fantastic or fantastic disasters too.

Do you Brag or are you too Humble?

I think I can safely say most people are too humble. I have met countless people that have an astonishing amount of skills, do charity work, accomplished physicians who work in free clinics. I have also heard far too many people, mostly children talk about how great they are.

Go to any Anthony Robbins seminar and I will bet, you will meet at least 1000 life coaches. Most of them are under the age of 18. What are you going to teach me? If you are a male under the age of 18 you probably can teach me 50 ways to masturbate. But I dont really think you have a lot of life experience.

So I am going to assume I am speaking to the large majority who just dont “get” who they are. Sorry to be prejudiced, but many cultures teach humility. My parents never gave a complement they thought it was crude and obnoxious.

Last night we had a billionaire fly in from Russia and his girlfriend from California to be treated by us, hmmm. Maybe I am not claiming who we are in this world with people flying in from China, Korean, royals from the Middle East. But this is not about me.

What about you? I have a friend that creates content and is all over performing and doing great work and sharing it and she just doesnt see it or say it. Truth be told, everyone has spent their time learning something. You might just be the best video game player. That might not interest you or me. But you did spend your time learning something. Again might be the words of every Star Trek episode, but you are an expert in something.

I would also try to face the truth about your upbringing. If your parents spent every day telling you how great you are, you might not have spent any time getting great. Conversely if you come from a humble culture, and you know who you really are, speak up. The world is dying to get to know you and appreciate you Dont deny us the opportunity of learning from you.

PS you know who you are. Whether you are team modest or team braggers. Whichever team you are on uplevel or be a little more quiet please. The rest of us cant see while being blinded by your false light.

If you dont worry you DIE!

I alluded and discussed this in the last post. But it is worth repeating and reiterating. If you believe in evolution. If you even believe that we existed and or evolved before guns were invented. Then you have to acknowledge that any of your ancestors that werent hard wired to be constantly “vigilant” aka as worrying every moment day and night would not have survived. They would have gotten eaten generations ago and you wouldnt be reading this.

If you want to go a little bit deeper on that I think its safe to assume that some traits are so deep they are hardwired. Or lets call it subconscious. Or you can call it whatever you want because all words are simply made up. Concepts about our brains are made up as well. I choose to believe at least conceptually we have hardware and software.

In John’s definition. Hardware is what we all have in common. So that is the brain matter the lobes, whatever they do and the general way that it works.

But I also truly believe that we are hardwired to be fearful and wary so. we dont get eaten. Lets look at what seems to be another quality that is universal or pretty much hardwired. Dont we all have a sweet tooth? Isnt it possible that any generation that preceded you when we were hunter gatherers that didnt have one ate something bitter aka poison and died? So that is also something we all share.

We accept that premise. Most of us also understand that we are the ones that survived and reproduced thousands of times. So we were the ones that were great at storing fat for the lean times in between hunts and kills.

By the way we all know someone that managed to be with us today that maybe doesnt have a sweet tooth or doesnt store fat as quickly as we do.

But here is my proposal THE MAJORITY of us that are here today that have survived generation after generation for at least thousands of years since man kind first set foot on this planet or millions of years has these basic survival mechanisms, for all practical purposes hard wired.

If we go with the computer analogy. At least these qualities must be part of any operating system for a human being today.

So yes you are hard wired and or your operating system must have been built to avoid poison predators and seek sugar and fat.

Here in lies the problem. You dont need to think 50,000 negative thoughts a day. There is no lion or bear chasing you. It will be as difficult as ignoring your sweet tooth. But the process is simply the same. IGNORE all of your negative thoughts.

If you have something to attend to schedule time to deal with whatever problem or worry you need to address. The rest of the day you can then allow the negative thoughts and worries merely pass. Just like you do when you meditate. I am sure you have all done that at least once.

As you know when a thought pops up you let it pass. So in your waking hours, when you are not meditating and a negative thought about the past or fear about the future pops up let it pass.

If you can do this your life will change Immediately. You will have you first day of pure joy!

You might want to try this on a Saturday when you dont have a lot of “work” distractions and phone ringing. You probably need to stay off your phone and social media so you are not attracted to whatever disaster is occurring somewhere in the world every single day.

So take the challenge live one day of pure joy and bliss. Dont “think” Which by my definition means let go of that chew toy you call a brain.

PS you are allowed to be creative. Because, guess what? When you free your mind from the 50,000 BS thoughts for the day, your brain will begin using the creative ideas that come together as only they can for you. Because no one on this planet has had the same experiences as you.

I am not saying this all touchy feely. That is bullshit too. I am just saying factually no one has the same experiences that you have you might know accounting and music. Or law and medicine. Or maybe you understand drug addiction and withdrawal and supplements. Whatever you have done, the experiences you have had will gel in your brain and will come forth as you unique creation.

PS in todays world you might just be the expert on the Brady Bunch or Batman. In this crazy connected world you can monetize anything.

Just understand what you brain is doing so you can begin the fight. The first step is to acknowledge there is a problem. It is a problem. I dont know why all the great minds I listen to on youtube dont talk about this more. This is fundamental to life. And we therefore all share this problem.

You can not have a happy life if you are mired in fears 50,000 times a day.

Have a great day and when some stupid modern day fear pops up just let go of it. If you need to schedule time to deal with it. If it is about the past and you cant let go try the Sedona Method or go to a shrink or meditate or try hypnotism. But there is no reason to live the majority of your life in misery worry and pain.

PS to be clear you might be one of the lucky ones. You might not have a sweet tooth, you might not be good at storing fat. Also forgot to mention your default setting is also to conserve energy aka be lazy. And you might also be sitting here not having evolved from hyper vigilant ancestors that avoided predators. But I think ita safe to say we all have at the very least these “default settings” So dont beat yourself up just step one recognize it and two develop your own method for dealing with it.

You also might be one of the lucky ones that only needs to hear this once and just being aware of it will simply let it pass.

Your gut is smarter than your brain

To be clear it might just be the “energy’. There are a lot of different names people use for different energies, like Zeus or Goddess energy. Suffice it to say. When you are at peace and calm you are 10,000% more likely to make a great decision. Other wonderful things happen as well, when you are at peace. You can listen, attentively, you can learn, you can come up with your own ideas, and novel concepts about pretty much anything. The whole universe is open to you when you are at peace.

I am talking about drop dead peace. No thoughts no mind. You dont have to meditate to get there. You merely have to operate as if you were meditating. So any “thought” that comes into your brain, simply let it pass, just like you do when you meditate. In this context I am using the word, thought, to describe the 50,000 BS thoughts you have every day. This way, you only leave room for space and the possibility for real ideation or creation to spring forth. Its kind of like me writing this.

I am not all wrapped up in my problems. I still have them and I actually will come up with even better solutions when I step away. I was just talking to a new friend and as we peacefully spoke it occurred to me, even we could collaborate since there is an intersection in what we both do. Actually there are a lot of intersections. But you dont get to have that experience, when your “conscious” brain is in charge. By the way all of our vocabulary sucks. Nobody did a fantastic voyage into your brain to determine where even thought comes from. Sure you can do an MRI and see what part of your brain lights up when you are doing math vs verbal exercises, but does anyone know where anything comes from? Who even came up with the concept of conscious and subconscious thinking? Yes I know that certain functions are controlled automatically. But where do true original ideas come from? Where does spirit, belief, religion come from?

For all we know all of the inventions of this world came from aliens, or God. You wouldnt know because you are rarely at peace. OK, maybe not you because you are reading this and you have a desire to learn, you are inquisitive. But most people are too busy regurgitating the 45,000 negative thoughts from yesterday. So there is literally no room for what I like to call thinking. The word thinking should be reserved for creating, ideating coming up with original ideas and thoughts. Simply vomiting the same thoughts you had yesterday in no way should be even called thinking. You are merely, actually hurting yourself.

Chew on that one for a moment. What you think is thinking is actually self harm. There is absolutely zero benefit to regurgitating and or worrying about the same thoughts you worried about yesterday. If you want to set aside time to brainstorm about a particular concern, Great! But in between now and then what is the purpose of general worrying other than self harm?

Want to read more? John Hopkins, about the ENS ( enteric nervous system) where 200 million nerve cells reside. Going with your gut? …”gone with your gut to make a decision or felt “butterflies in your stomach” when nervous, you’re likely getting signals from an unexpected source: your second brain.” Science is being revolutionized about the way we think. These are not just my ideas.

How about Harvard 2023 The bacteria in your gut will affect your mood and happiness. To quote “study that also found specific bacterial link to happiness”

Ok you can google gut feelings and get 94,500,000 results. So you are going to have to go with my thinking on the subject. Or let me know when you get done reading them all. Just like your subconscious has all of the information so does your gut. In fact we know that your brain is communicating with you gut so there is reason to believe that a gut feeling is not silly, it is rooted and comes from all of the information you have.

I go back to my original assertion. Even reading the complicated articles. It would make sense that at peace you are probably getting great information. If you are frenetic and unsettled, that is not a gut feeling. That is an all too familiar feeling to pretty much all of us. It is nervous excitement. It might even be knowing that there is an unacceptable risk involved. The energy feels very different from, the feeling of knowing. And knowing might not even come from the gut, but it certainly feels safe and certain and “knowing”

You know what I am talking about, Why dont you look back on your life and the biggest decisions you made, how they turned out and how you felt about them. I doubt there was rational certainty about bad decisions. I also noticed for me there was a nervous excitement about all of my bad decisions. How about you?

Dont give Bullshit complements

Let me give you an example. You look great today, I want to acknowledge you, I loved your podcast. Huh? Those are bullshit? YES. If you are too lazy to spend one extra second thinking about what you specifically liked, just say nothing. As a matter of fact you will be seen as disingenuous or dishonest if you merely throw out a complement without specificity and you’ll have the opposite effect. They won’t trust you and they won’t trust anything you say. They might even view you as a superficial manipulative jerk.

It’s not that complicated. I was looking at a friends podcast yesterday she looked fabulous her face was lit up she had a lot of energy, her voice was great, she added humor and there was a ton of stuff I liked about it, that I could specifically tell her. I told her the blue color went well with her skin tone, and I thought her podcast was fabulous because of her energy and those things. See the difference? If you just tell someone you like some thing or they look great it’s bullshit. It’s lazy. Why can’t you take an extra second and ask yourself what you like about it?

If that’s too much trouble obviously you don’t care. As a matter fact when you give a genuine compliment. You are doing them a favor by giving them the “why”. So you’re helping them to repeat the behavior. So in addition the specific feedback you are giving them will probably have tremendous benefits for them. For example if you took the trouble to notice what color went well with that persons complexion or what energy or adjectives they used or excitement they brought that helped make their podcast interesting they can do it again. And to repeat, they are going to think you are bullshit if you give an empty, vapid complement. So there’s literally 180 degree difference between saying something as vapid as, “I want to acknowledge you versus giving a very specific itemize complement.” And a complement without specificity will have the opposite effect.

You Know! Even if no one else agrees with you.

I bet you can even tell me stories when you knew something. No one else agreed with you. You went along to get along or assumed the majority was right. Yet you later found out you were right all along.

“Trusting ourselves is one of the most important things that we do.” said my dear friend David Ellzey. I was relating my experience with an extremely famous, website designing company that messed up my new website. I lost 90% of my traffic. I can spend an hour telling you all of their mistakes. They violated every rule and I am still losing a fortune, and they are not even moving to rectify the situation.

Yet they have almost 100, 5-star reviews, and everyone loves them. And people have dealt with them for years. My friend David Ellzey, (by the way fantastic coach Sedona Method), said let’s look at Mercedes as an example.

What if you had a bad salesman, a bad mechanic, the one lemon they had at that dealership? The possibilities are endless where in the chain of events you just got a lemon. Funny as I searched for an image, there were all too many ones of Mercedes and a lemon. Maybe “lemons” are more common than we think.

It doesn’t matter why my experience was awful. No one at that company cares and is fixing things. I had a few meetings where they were defensive. There are times in your life when you just “know” and you are right, and you have to do what you know is right. To me, it’s pretty clear that the company is simply too big. But you can’t change a company or a person. Well actually all of the time, not sometimes. You just can’t change things outside of you. Where have we heard that before?

God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.” For whatever reason, they are not going to change. It has been months. Time to go. You know when you know, regardless of other people’s experiences. Trust your judgment. Of course study as much as possible. By the way, the number of things YOU CAN change is monumental. Heck, I don’t even need a website. Everyone I have spoken to understands our experience and integrity. When I ask them if they liked the website, they say “Never been there, I like and trusted you” LOL. Go figure.

So what am I trying to say, Trust yourself, trust your judgment, trust your intuition, if it’s calm and certain. There is a nervous excitement that should not be confused with certainty and intuition. That is when your friend calls you and gives you the greatest stock tip ever, if you just pony up $10,000 today, before 4 pm, and you get all nervous and excited. That is not intuition. Intuition is when you are as certain as the earth under your feet, you are doing the right thing and you will make it work. And ignore the experiences of others. Because sometimes you do get a lemon. It’s bitter. It’s obvious and you know it’s a lemon.

Because when you know you’re right, and follow what you know, no matter what happens, you were true to yourself. That’s worth everything.

A program not saved can not be restored

A mind/ pattern or program not saved can not be restored

Sorry if I am being redundant here, but I think this is the most important thing I can teach you and sometimes hearing something differently finally gives you that aha moment.

“A perfectly functioning program not saved can not be restored.” john aslanian

“A perfectly functioning human will eventually malfunction and will need to be restored”

If your brain is a computer, which it is, and you finally get the program to run right,
why wouldn’t you save it?

So lets say you are having the best year of your life, maybe its running every day or yoga or walking, or eggs for breakfast, or a shake for breakfast, or a new multivitamin or a self improvement tape, or getting 20 minutes of natural sun light every day.
Its probably a combination of a lot of things that truly resonate for you.

So here is the problem, you don’t save it. You don’t even write it down.
Three months later, heck even a few weeks later, it all falls apart, and you are miserable,
and you have no idea what you were doing when everything was going perfectly. That is because there was no pain involved, so your brain doesn’t remember.
You were feeling great. Your brain is not wired to remember normal happy feelings.
It is wired to remember pain, so you don’t stick your hand in fire. Well it pretty much ends there.
It doesn’t even remember to not date the kind of assholes that would beat you or are alcoholics.(maybe because there was also some pleasure there, but thats another subject)

We are as complicated and different and opaque as a computer program.

I wish I could do it for you. Heck if I could I would make billions and we would both be very happy. But we are all different. There is eat for your blood type, what I eat might be bad for you.

So I write down EVERYTHING; what I ate, what supplements I took and what I did.
Sure enough a few months go by, and I am off track. So as with any word processing program; word or pages or excel, I go to edit find/replace and I look for “feel great” You would write that or your own code word on those days.

Wow, you might find, “I forgot the week I felt great I was going to sleep before midnight every night and or I was eating eggs for breakfast every day.” Sometimes its that simple, You could even be allergic to what makes me feel great, so you have to do you.

But you have no prayer of reloading the good software to your life if you have no idea what you were doing to make yourself happy.
And I can’t do it for you, I am not doing yoga or eating vegan or any of the things that might make YOU feel good.

But I can tell you to write it down. You will call me to thank me. Its the single simplest thing you can do to change your life.

Its probably a little bit more like this.

You are the user. You are operating off of the software. There might be faults in the operating system that needs to be addressed. I think I am little bit ADHD. I have never sat still for more than 40 minutes in my life. So maybe I need to focus a bit more on omega 3s, DHA, and supplements for my operating system. And lets not neglect the hardware. If we are constantly pouring alcohol on the hardware, dont be surprised if it doesnt work.

But it all goes back to the software. Because everything you do that you write down, that causes you to run perfectly, will fix the operating system, and even the hardware. There are supplements that will help your liver, your brain, your blood sugar, your gut. So its actually easy to fix everything with software that helps you run smooth. Some of it, you might stumble upon by accident. You dont have to understand it. Something as simple as eggs for breakfast. You dont have to know that its a complete protein, or that it is full of omega 3s, DHA, the perfect feel good fatty acid for you brain, or that it has choline in it, thats good for your brain. You just have to notice if it makes you feel good. And the same goes for whatever else you do and eat throughout the day.

Its that simple study YOU and what makes you feel good write it down as YOUR program, Save it so you can reload it when necessary.
