How could I forget him? For those who have heard about him, he gets a bad rap. Some call him the sex guru. I heard his retreats are free-sex romps. I don’t know; I have never been. I disagree with his free-sex advice. But what he says is stunning, and he never wrote a book. All of the books are his speeches that people transcribed into books. They couldnt have been written more perfectly. It makes me wonder if his genius was channelled. I have never read words so perfectly put together with great effort, let alone in extemporaneous speech.


The reason he included sex in his retreats was because he believed Westerners had no idea what bliss is, with the only exception being orgasm. His goal was to teach us how to get to bliss. But reading what he said is so profound. He never wrote a book because he believed that if you are following anyone, you are already off the path. As you know, all religions are entirely narcissistic, and the leaders are often fraught with scandals. I am just suggesting that you read some of his extremely profound statements.

The fact that he never wrote a book speaks to the unique honesty in what he was teaching. No other spiritual or religious leader ever said, Don’t follow me, don’t praise me, follow yourself.

These quotes reflect Osho’s emphasis on individual freedom, self-awareness, and the exploration of one’s true nature beyond societal conditioning.
He represented a real danger to society and organized religion. I can easily see why he probably was eliminated. He was jailed just long enough for a specific poison to be undetected in his autopsy. Makes sense to me. Everything I read that he said makes sense to.I have to put more here. Each one is magical.

My thoughts on “Passing”

When you are not with someone, where are they? Are they alive? Are they just someplace else? This question often lingers in our minds when we think about loved ones who are no longer physically with us. I recently wrote this on my friend’s Facebook: “Anytime you were not with her, she was someplace else. So whether it is 3000 miles or 3 million miles, she is still ‘there,’ no different than before.” This sentiment resonates deeply with how I feel about my parents. Their “presence” hasn’t changed; their location might have.

In essence, physical distance or even death doesn’t alter the essence of our loved ones. Their spirit, their impact, and their presence continue to be felt in our lives. Just as when someone moves to a different city or country, their essence remains with us through memories, thoughts, and the imprint they left on our hearts. Similarly, when our loved ones pass away, they transition to a different state of being, but they are still “there” with us in a profound and meaningful way.

The love, lessons, and experiences we shared with them continue to shape us. Their influence permeates our actions, decisions, and emotions, bridging the gap between physical absence and eternal presence. This understanding helps us cope with loss, knowing that our loved ones are always a part of us, transcending the constraints of time and space.

Moreover, how can we believe that we are so omniscient that we actually know what is next? Can we even conceive of the concept that there are more planets than grains of sand on every beach on Earth, and enough planets for there to be an alternative universe or multiverse of every moment of our lives? This vastness and complexity suggest that there are realms and dimensions beyond our understanding, where the essence of our loved ones may continue to exist in ways we cannot yet comprehend. The universe’s infinite possibilities remind us of the boundless nature of existence, offering a comforting thought that our loved ones might still be “there,” in some form, within the cosmic expanse. Perhaps, in these unfathomable dimensions, they are still enjoying our presence in their lives, just as we cherish their presence in ours.
