The summer of fat freezing ?

Coolsculpting also known as Zeltiq is unleashing a 45 million dollar advertising campaign.  Too bad its not the best solution for non surgical fat reduction.  Let me show you 2 examples. But it is unprecedented in an industry that doesnt advertise directly to patients.zeltiq b & A

Above is Coolsculpting actually from their website. Considering they have performed 3 million procedures this must be their one in a million best result.  Not bad lost some fat, but still lumpy.  I know because I research all the machines.   Check out the next one.  This one was done by Exilis.  Exilis is a BTL company that uses radio frequency.Exilis Before and After Tummy

There is a lot of other major differences, Coolsculpting is fat freezing, Exilis is fat melting. Coolsculpting is lumpy. As a matter of fact A major manufacturer of acoustic wave machines major selling point is that it is great device to correct the lumps left over by Coolsculpting.  Everyone I have spoken to who has done or knows someone who has done Coolsculpting (I speak to 3 to 5  patients a day) was left lumpy after Coolsculpting. Also there are weird things attached to your body to kill the fat cells by freezing them vs Exilis which uses radio frequency waves that go to the collagen layer and the fat layer. And with Exilis you can just keep treating for greater effect.  I like to say that with Coolsculpting its like taking the fat out of a sausage without affecting the skin.  Exilis smooths the skin while its FDA approved for fat reduction.  Too bad Exilis doesnt have a 45 million dollar advertising budget. Its a Czech that simply makes great machines and doesnt advertise.  PS i wonder if you saw a profile or side view of the Coolsculpting treatment,  if you would see any difference.  Dont forget to check the very well hiddend side effects on the Coolsculpting website, all very scary, let alone that you are hoping that you dont get frostbite, you are freezing and hoping that before you kill any tissue that would have to be surgically removed that the fat cells would die first.

This is a perfect example of the sweet spot for thermage.  Someone who had a baby or recently lost weight and has loose skin.  Because the treatment affects the collagen layer.  There is an immediate tightening. Cellulite Cure ? You must be kidding

No kidding.  The newest non surgical treatment was discovered by accident. Shock wave or acoustic wave was being used to break up kidney stones and to accelerate healing for muscle injury.  One of the premier European manufacturers of physical therapy Machines was getting an overwhelming number of phone calls from physicians. Apparently patients who were using their acoustic wave machine to help accelerate healing of their muscles we’re losing so much cellulite it was noticeable. In fact the patients were insisting on continuing treatment because the results were so astonishing. This is the exact opposite of what we normally encounter.  In fact the FDA we’ll approve anything if it can be proven that there is a statistical improvement even if there is no aesthetic improvement.

We were contacted by the manufacturer and asked to do further study.  Well our patients we’re so incredibly satisfied that when the machine was out for repair I literally received multiple emails from patients complaining. You have to realize most of these patients don’t even know who I am but they were so happy with the treatment and so upset what was suspended.

Just to further emphasize how’s astonishing and revolutionary this is. Consider the fact that Thermage had a very expensive cellulite tip call the CL tip which we used to use for a cellulite treatment.  However because of the cost of the consumable we were charging $5000 for the treatment. Acoustic wave is so far superior without any cost of consumables that we offer a series of 10 treatments for $1500. So that’s 10 times more work for us for 80% less money but it’s so obvious and better and the right thing to do and our reputation is everything

The Acoustic wave is the gold standard in Europe for cellulite therapy United States is way far behind on this I can give you the inside information here on this I don’t think I can actually be this blunt on the doctors website but that’s why I created this blog. I get tired of telling my friends over and over again the same old story it’s fascinating extremely effective and the best we have discovered anywhere in the world.  You might start seeing it in the United States five or maybe even 10 years from now by the time the information slowly filters down and someone invest millions of dollars for an FDA study

Another great option is Exilis. It’s a terrific skin treatment. It helps with loose skin, texture and great for fat reduction. It is also Radio frequency so it bypasses the surface of your skin and goes directly to the collagen layer tighten your skin and help your body create more collagen.  It’s a multi treatment procedure. You’ll need at least four treatments for your face or six for your body.  The advantages are it’s far less expensive than Thermage and it feels like a warm stone massage vs Thermage.exilis chin

I tell my child hood friend who lives more than 1,000 miles away to go find the nearest place that offers Exilis. So (a little inside information here) The price difference between Thermage and Exilis is at least 50% less expensive if not more.  Granted the results from Thermage are greater if you can afford it. thighs 2 inches
