I actually said it right. Every day you give thanks is a happy day. So every day could be a happy “thanks-giving” day. Its really that simple. Give thanks be happy. Thats the formula. So whatever day you are reading this make it a “thanks-giving” day and it will be a happy day. In fact the more thanks you give the happier you will feel.
You want the super scientific reason for that? We used MRI and scanners to see what part of your brain lights up utilizing millions of dollars worth of equipment to see which part of your brain is engaged. Not, pscyh. PS whenever someone says they did that they literally have no clue. No one not the greatest brain scientists in the world with the biggest super computer hooked up to the greatest MRI can not follow a thought, a group of words to see exactly how it is stored, where it is stored how it affects other parts of your brain. So they just make up shit. Heck it could be in your heart your stomach. There are nerve cells everywhere.
Just look at how you feel. Do you really care if it is stored in your left toe? As long as you feel good. Its impossible to see how you hear, where it goes, how is it interpreted. This all happens so fast. You are more complex than a super computer hooked up to AI. What about the cascade of feelilngs in your body. How does the thought translate into feelings? Who tells your brain to release endorphins? Does your thoughts go through another computer in your brain to sort how you feel? Is that then send a message to release endorphins? Because that actually happens.
In fact I am willing to bet with you that if you spent the next hour thinking and feeling everything you are truly greatfull for on a deep emotional level, and really allow yourself to feel it, at some point you will release endorphins and you will feel a cascade of the best feelings you have ever felt. I am talking about how you feel after running five miles, picking up your baby for the first time, falling in love for the first time. Just replicate all of those feelings. You will feel them all. You can recollect and reconstruct feelings. That is why it happens. Simultaneously stored information is simultaneously released that can be your biggest enemy or your greatest source of joy.
Maybe that should be this title or its worthy of repeating in another blog.
