Once again our vocabulary is literally the opposite of reality. You have never felt like shit. What you did, was think all kinds of thoughts about the past the present and the future, that made you “feel” shitty. With the exception of those of you who are reading this that have a broken leg or a broken arm, you know what I am saying is the truth.
Anthony Robbins goes so far as to say, you have your own recipe for feeling like shit. I would venture to take a wild guess as to what your recipe is. Let me guess. Did you turn on Fox News or CNN or MSNBC to get your polarized version of the news. Or maybe you got carried away on Facebook or TikTok and go down the rabbit hole thinking everyone else was living a perfect life but you. I hope you are aware that all you’re doing is making someone billions of dollars. Now they can keep feeding you the same bullshit so that you’ll continue to click, and the more clicks they get the more billions they make. And of course you know its programmed to feed you, literally the same BS that you showed interest in.
Talk about a recipe they make billions, and you feel like shit. I hope you’re at least smart enough to know that anyone who gets a shit ton of traffic makes a shit ton of money. Let me give you the best example Joe Rogan got paid $100 million because he has so many followers.
So it’s really not that complicated, you can scream bloody murder that Trump is a Nazi or Biden is a Nazi, it doesn’t really matter, the only thing that matters is that if you get millions of followers and you too can make millions. The only collateral damage is the millions of people that follow you first thing in the morning “feel like shit”, or commit suicide but who cares you’re making your money?
Once again, the point of this blog post is to point out you never “feel” like shit you “think” like shit, and the easy cure is to “feel”, (breathe get back in your body, motion, walk, jog, yoga, bike ride or meditate or breathe) and literally stop thinking. How ironic the cure to feeling like shit is to actually “feel” and stop thinking. And at the risk of being redundant, you actually don’t feel like shit. You were “thinking”, like shit, about the past, your present condition, and or the future.
