Ever wonder why the rich are beautiful ? In fact now a days there isn’t even a hint of plastic surgery.  Long gone are the days of “cat woman”face lifts replaced by all kinds of strange sounding technologies with equally strange sounding names, like Exilis, Emsculpt, Thermage, Carboxytherapy.   Then we have super high tech nutrition with vitamin boosts unparalleled anywhere in the world.  Rumor has it certain celebrities have called upon a certain NYC nutritionist to meet them on set to administer IV vitamins to help them get through filming in New York

I went to a nondescript location in NYC just this past week to “investigate” what the rich and famous are doing.  There was an “Emsculpt event” that I attended. I met the “beauty doctor” Dr Lisa Zdinak, hormone specialist Dr Lisonel Bissoon and celebrity nutritionist, Dr Oz Garcia who just returned from Gstaad.  Not naming names here but when you pay to summon your nutritionist to Gstaad who charges $25,000 to see him in NY I cant even begin to imagine what kind of money we are talking about,  But suffice it to say I found the secret hideaway of the rich and famous. In fact its so private there is no name on this nondescript upper west side building.  The people who live in this residential buildng have no clue that there are even doctors on the first floor of their building since there are no names on the doors only the the occasional rolls Royce waiting outside and the sometimes glimpse of a celebrity.  The only thing missing was the peepholes that the speakeasys used to have to see who was at the door before they let them in. The clientele that flocks to  this trio hails from all over the world. Precision Aesthetics,  according to their website has a large International clientele, stretching from Europe,  to the Middle East and all the way to the Far East, but no names of course and many bi-coastals from LA as well.  I heard whispers about royal families, Grammy award winners,  runway models needing a butt lift, but obviously no names, all very tight lipped. Online, I found Gwyneth Paltrow  in ads for Thermage, but Precision Aesthetics swears she is not one of their clients

Ironically for the first time some clients are willing to admit to the latest “bio-hack” /beauty treatment, Emsculpt which was what the “party” was for.  According to practice manager John Aslanian, Emsculpt is the biggest and fastest introduction in the 12 years he has been researching equipment.  And he has been researching all over the world.  Together with Dr Lisa they actually go to the AntiAging Congress in Monte Carlo to see International equipment not yet available in the US so they can be first. While there in 2009 Dr Lisa, first with the Thermage CPT was lecturing to the international doctors in attendance about the new Thermage tip. That is where he told me he met BTL Industry, then President, Jan Zarsky, who tasked the two of them to bring the first BTL Exilis to the United States 10 years ago. Ok enough tech talk,  What does this mean to you ?  Patients who frequent this trio,  Dr Lisa Zdinak/Precision Aesthetics, Dr Lionel Bissoon and Dr Oz Garcia often call weeks in advance of their arrival from Europe to coordinate their appointments so they can do a little skin tightening with Precision Aesthetics, walk across the hall to Dr Oz Garcia for a high tech vitamin drip, and finally, one suite over to Dr Lionel Bissoon to check and modify their hormones to be their optimal or Personal Best, which ironically is Dr Oz Garcia’s brand name.

So a small visit here might cost you a small fortune, but you can tighten skin anywhere from head to toe, reduce stretchmarks or cellulite and even shrink your fat with heat at Precision Aesthetics.  Then you can cross the hall and fine tune your eating, supplements and learn about the next high tech hack from Dr Oz Garcia. And keep your hormones youthful with Dr Lionel Bissoon.   I once heard said about hormone replacement,  “As far as mother nature is concerned once you are past childbearing you can shrivel up and die.” You can either go along with her plan, or you can keep your hormones at their youthful levels with natural hormone replacement. Almost  forgot why I was here.
