To Be Clear  This is all about the cheeks and the jaw line   The lower face.  That is the area that the Thermage treatment  has the most obvious and dramatic results. That was more than 30 years ago 1988, I did not have great genes.  Notice the loss of volume and collagen in the cheeks.  Pronounced nasolabial  folds  ( the lines from the nose to the corner of the mouth).  Obvious thin skin, skin is practically hanging    Loss of volume in upper cheeks   This was so long ago I even had hair and a black leather jacket LOL.  I am not even smiling and you can see the skin is loose.

Age 53, 18 years later or 12 years ago.   I had one Thermage treatment.  Actually an improvement over my 35 year old self.  You can see my skin is tighter.   But I lost a lot if not all of  the collagen in my cheeks.  I think these pictures really make a compelling argument for the loss of collagen and a saggy lower jaw as the primary signs of aging,  as well as the restoration of collagen with Thermage as the most natural solution for a youthful face.   It is far superior to a face lift     Who needs thin skin stretched out over bones ? ABOVE  AGE 64   I had one Thermage treatment September 2017  I was afraid I was finally getting too old and could no longer fight some loose skin, But its all gone and tight again.  Now if I can just get some botox for my forehead I can look even younger LOL

BELOW AGE  65  THERMAGE Today at 65  A perfectly straight jaw line, No double chin, No Chin fat, No jowls, No loose skin.  No Nasolabial folds or marionette lines (from the nose to the corner of the mouth.  Those lines are almost invisible which I actually had at 35 ( the top photo)

ABOVE  65   First time I did a second treatment in less than a year ( like the ladies do)   You have to admit, me at 64 and 65 there is zero signs of aging in my lower face. Do I need botox ? Yes.  Could I use a full head of hair ? LOL  maybe.  But as far as what Thermage can do.  Its done !  Go back and look at me at 35.  Would really expect me to have a perfectly straight jaw line, no jowls, no double chin.  Not a drop of loose skin on the lower face 30 years later ?  PS I  did not get cheek implants.  In fact its obvious that I havent even had botox in over 2 years  Any filler or botox is completely worn off.  This is Thermage and only Thermage
