Coolsculpting also known as Zeltiq is unleashing a 45 million dollar advertising campaign.  Too bad its not the best solution for non surgical fat reduction.  Let me show you 2 examples. But it is unprecedented in an industry that doesnt advertise directly to patients.

Considering they have performed 3 million procedures this must be their one in a million best result.  Not bad lost some fat, but still lumpy.  I know because I research all the machines.   Check out the next one.  This one was done by Exilis.  Exilis is a BTL company that uses radio frequency.

There is a lot of other major differences, Coolsculpting is fat freezing, Exilis is fat melting. Coolsculpting is lumpy. As a matter of fact A major manufacturer of acoustic wave machines major selling point is that it is great device to correct the lumps left over by Coolsculpting.  Everyone I have spoken to who has done or knows someone who has done Coolsculpting (I speak to 3 to 5  patients a day) was left lumpy after Coolsculpting. Also there are weird things attached to your body to kill the fat cells by freezing them vs Exilis which uses radio frequency waves that go to the collagen layer and the fat layer. And with Exilis you can just keep treating for greater effect.  I like to say that with Coolsculpting its like taking the fat out of a sausage without affecting the skin.  Exilis smooths the skin while its FDA approved for fat reduction.  Too bad Exilis doesnt have a 45 million dollar advertising budget. Its a Czech that simply makes great machines and doesnt advertise.  PS i wonder if you saw a profile or side view of the Coolsculpting treatment,  if you would see any difference.  Dont forget to check the very well hiddend side effects on the Coolsculpting website, all very scary, let alone that you are hoping that you dont get frostbite, you are freezing and hoping that before you kill any tissue that would have to be surgically removed that the fat cells would die first.
